Unfortunately, the hubby had to work yesterday, but we had a pretty fun group regardless. It was the girls, Gramma, Auntie Karley and Uncle Erick and uncle's really good friend Klix.
My poor little Mia barfed in the car as we pulled into the parking lot. She takes after her Mama in the car sick department. Just a little change of the sweater and all was well. As soon as we got into the park, Auntie, Uncle and Klix went straight for Montezumas' Revenge. I opted out because I'm not a fan of roller coasters. Wuss. Anyway, that was the only ride of the day because everyone in southern California decided that today was a good day for Knotts and lines were over an hour wait.
The girls and I posted up in a little play area at Camp Snoopy.
Lily was more than happy to get out of her stroller and see the goings on around her. Mia took a little time to assess the situation.
She finally made her way out so I could snap a couple of pictures. Along with Wubby of course.
The girls with Auntie and Uncle
Gotta get Gramma in there
We found an empty stage and the girls decided to steal the show. Passersby couldn't help but stop and admire these two little goobers. If only they would stay put long enough for me to take a picture.
The girls loved watching Uncle Erick and Klix pan for gold.
My little angels
We stopped off at an All You Can Eat Korean BBQ and the girls did an amazing job sitting while we ate.
A warm bubble bath was much needed to get us back to a sense of normalcy. The girls love the bubbles and somehow it calms them down.
If only this mama had time to enjoy the same. Oh well, another day, another time.
All in all, it was a good day. Lots of fun memories to be made. Stay tuned for another post. Introductions are still to be had.
Fun! ❤️
