Weekend Wrap-up

This weekend was a busy weekend for these two babes.  Saturday, we celebrated their cousin Aaliyah's 6th birthday.  Lucky for us, it was at the park and they got to run around and be free.  If it wasn't for my mom, I wouldn't have any photos to document this day.

I think they pooped themselves out.

Sunday was the big Superbowl game.  I'm a sucker for tear-jerker commercials and this year didn't disappoint.  My favorite was the Budweiser commercial with the puppy who was saved by the Clydesdales.  So cute!  You wanna know what else is cute?  These precious little gals.

These girls have no problem climbing into their stroller and getting strapped in.  They were ready to go.  Can't you tell?

 

We took a walk down the street to watch the first half of the game at Cousin Joe's.  I had it set in my mind that I wanted to be home to watch the halftime show.  So, when we left, there was about 4 minutes left in the second quarter.  I practically ran home.  Kurt wasn't having it.  I ran with the girls while he walked and eventually caught up.  We made it home with 11 seconds left in the second quarter.  Whoo- woo! 

Weekends are great with these girls.  It fills my day with so much love and cuteness I can hardly contain myself.
