L & M and the Gnomes

Friday has stumbled upon us and yet again another week is almost at an end.  H E L L O three-day-weekend.  I woke up this morning and asked Kurt if it would be possible for me to sleep in tomorrow morning and by sleep-in I mean 7:30am.  As if!  I will probably end up awake earlier than my 6am wake-up call.

Drop-off this morning at school was the easiest transition we have experienced since the girls started. No tears and kisses with a "Good-bye, Mama"  from Mia was had.  And we've had a no cry day as of yet.

We have adjusted fairly well to our daily routine and last night was no different.  When we get home, the girls play in the front yard to burn off some energy.  The girls have discovered the gnomes. Kurt purchased these gnomes pre-babies when we lived in our little four-plex home.  They somehow made their way to our front yard and Mia has taken an extra liking to them.  She sets them up in the yard and dances around them, sings to them and even holds them saying "ti-err" (tired).  It was pretty fun to watch these girls interacting with the gnomes.  I ran inside to grab my camera because some of the best moments to capture are those that are not planned or staged.  These girls were having a blast being silly.

Always on the run

Apparently they make great nose pickers.

Dirty feet on the bed!  Oh no!

Happy Friday from my crazy girls !

With love,
Angela
