Well, I guess it is safe to say that I have been seriously putting off my duties in the blogging world. To tell you the truth, life just got in the way. And I don't mean that in a bad way. Sometimes you just have to step back and reevaluate your priorities, and for a long while, this was not one of them. Now I am back. Mostly because of the guilt I have felt about not continuing. I started this blog to document our life's craziest and most memorable moments and up until this point, I have failed.
Last week, I lost my dear Lola at the age of 95. I have been collecting stories from relatives about their relationship with this amazing woman and let me tell you, she was an Ah-Mazing person. Beautiful inside and out. She is a woman that will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Hearing all the precious moments shared with others got me feeling a little sad that I stopped "documenting" our moments.
So, here I am. Back at it again with a do-over. There will be a lot of recapping and reminiscing from the past six months. This is more for me than it is for you out there in the blogging world. My personal journal for the girls to look back on and hopefully see what a wonderful time we shared together.
